I hated everything. There was not a lot of people at the restaurant. The outside parking is in need of lighting. Hostess was very nice. We sat down at the table, placed our order. The chef came to the table and didn't say a word. I tried to start a conversation and was ignored. I asked him his name and he said Tia. Not another word was said during the cooking process. There were no tricks. Our chicken was over cooked to the point that we could not eat it. Hostess did take the chicken off of our bill. Overall rating of 1 to 10, with 1 being worst and 10 being fantastic: I would give them a 1(one). I will never go back there.

I came in with my friend right before their 2 and a half hour break (closing at 2:30 or something and reopen at 4:30). We were the only customers dining in and I liked that despite the time, they served us. The food was great and the cook (whom I forgot to ask his name) was very kind and we had some candid talks and banter about life in the area, and Florida in general. The taste of the food was strong, in a good way. The only other experiences I had with steakhouse hibachi style restaurants compare very little when it comes to this place. It's a place you should definitely check out! Once a month place or something like that due to the prices (even at lunch time).

So my mom took me here because I've never gone to a place like this. I ordered filet mignon + shrimp with fried rice and vegetables. My mom made the comment that they don't put on a "show" like most do. The cook was very nice though. I probably wouldn't come here again. I couldn't even eat the fried rice because it tasted like it was saturated in soy sauce. The filet mignon was over cooked when it was supposed to medium rare (it was brown). The pricing seemed good, but the portions are just smaller in comparison to other restaurants.

Yuck! Seafood was bad, spoiled. Soda tasted like lines have never been changed. Went for Moms 86th birthday. They said they couldn't say or sing Happy birthday because the manager wasn't there. Won't be going back.

Great food but not the show we expected. The kid just kinda stood there. Definitely not what you see online in videos of similar places. If I wanted to watch a full statue cook my food I'll call my mother.

Not a single person was wearing a mask or gloves--neither the employees or the patrons. I will no longer patronize establishments that refuse to take public health and safety seriously in the middle of this plague. Too bad.

The food was meh, the service was rude, the yum yum sauce wasn't right. Won't ever go back.

I have been there several times. Last visit wasn't good cause they have an apprentice cooking and wasn't good, the food was either raw or burned. But we understood he is learning. Best way to learned it's to practice. However they didnt even charged us for that food. Only for the sushi and the sodas.Still the visits prior that one have been amazing. Good food and flavor.

Came here yesterday and the prices have gone up. (I came during lunch hours) The food portions are smaller and come in smaller bowls now as well, I.e the salad and soup. The salad is just lettuce with the smallest amount of sauce now? There use to be more to it, also. A shame, to be honest. I left spending 30 dollars for one person for lunch, which I use to spend on one person at dinner time when the prices are typically higher and got much less food than anytime I’ve eaten here before. It use to be my favorite hibachi and coming back for the first time in awhile I was really let down.

Have passed by this place daily and its always packed. But today i found out why. Its so good and beat of all so affordable. It has all thesame great tastes as those fancy hibachi places without breaking the bank.

Great place to eat and very affordable for a hibachi grill. The chefs that cook in front of you are very polite and helpful. Very generous portions, great sake, and great sushi.

Waited to hours for my food just to send it back cause it was not right loved this place but going down hill now

Very Dirty restaurant, bad service, it took over an hour till they finely brought our food out. Food was ok, but for this price Sumo Sushi on south Florida ave. Far superior. We won’t return.

Food was great, quiet, service as good as it gets. Price was slightly higher then normal for lunch but the taste of the food justified the extra cost.

New guy on the grill tonight. He's learning to cook and I understand it takes time. The food was so-so but this guy is 4 days new and already on the grill. Trial by fire. I didn't like paying $47 for a meal that was so-so. Scallops were cooked waaaaayyy too long and the rice was under seasoned. Like I said the cook was new and he's learning. Great personality just not up to the standard....yet! He will be in time.

Will not be back! #1 I did not like the fact that they cook take out orders on the grill where guests are suppose to be having their meals cooked. Why should I wait for them to cook other peoples food while we sitting there watching & wait for ours to burn yes rice burned and other dishes cold by time got all items cooked and on our plates. All hot food going in To-Go boxes #2 The guy did not seem to be into the cooking mood. Other places you get a little show a burst of fire, or a onion volcano,some conversation something! . Not here. Just cook & place food on plate. .--GIVE 2 stars because the food taste good.

Stoped in for Dinner on this Friday afternoon , It was there busy time .We was seated not long after arriving. The restaurant was clean and for most part folks was friendly .The only thing was ,none of the cooks did any of the fun stuff , No egg tricks No onion valcano ,No tricks what so ever ..Thats what makes coming here entertaining. This was our first time eating here .The food was good , just wish the cooks would put more life into what there doing .Would we come back ya maybe .

If you are staying at the best western hotel down the street this or Chili’s is really your only option for dinner. This place is best described as a Beni Hanna but not as nice and the staff is not as friendly. However I am giving it 4 stars as the food was delish.

The food is pretty good. However, the prices are high considering you are at hibachi for the showmanship associated with it. This Osaka location does not do that. Also, the staff is not friendly. They are not mean mind you, just not smiling. Expect to pay over $60 for a family of three including tip.

We been this place more than dozen of time the last couple year, alway enjoy the food and services, good value and can cook the way we want (less salty)

Worst place to order to go. Ordered a simple meal 40 minutes ago. I get here and pay, then the girl says 10 to 15 more minutes... I'm dumbfounded. They are dead inside. 6 people inside the building in total. But the order that I was told would he ready in 30 minutes is still not ready. It's looking like itll take a hour for them to make one order.Never again will I waste my money.

Always fantastic food.

The food was great! I ordered clear onion soup, a sushi roll (salmon, yellowtail, tuna, cucumber), and veggie hibachi. Was pretty disappointed when my sushi roll only contained avocado and cucumber as I opted for the vegetable hibachi thinking I’d have fish in my sushi roll. Other than that, the food was good, affordable. Considering it wasn’t outstanding and my order was incorrect, I’d probably order from somewhere else in the future.

During lunch, our waitress and Osaka Chef was very quick with taking our team of 20 orders and bringing to go boxes so we could get back to work on time. Thank you Osaka Staff for ensuring our lunch was a success! I will definitely bring my family from Tampa to Osaka!STELLAR WORK ETHICS!YOU ALL ROCK!

Osaka has been a family favorite for years. We love it. Meat, veggies, rice seasoned and cooked at the table. It's served with mushroom broth soup, and a ginger salad. I love the salad dressing! I wish I could find a duplicate at the grocery store.

Such a nice little place! It was my first time at a Hibachi Restaurant where people make the food in front of you and it was great! I loved it. It was entertaining & neat to get to watch how your food is being made. The people were very friendly & food was delicious!!! 10/10

The food was tasty, but the decor is lacking. Terrible lighting and no fun presentations during cooking. Staff is very nice and accommodating.
